How to Delete Your Account

Account Deletion Steps

To delete your account on SERU Prep, follow these steps:

1. Open the London PCO Centre app.
2. Log in with your email and password.
3. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon in the bottom navigation).
4. Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section.
5. Tap "Delete Account".
6. Enter your current password to confirm your identity.
7. Tap "Confirm Deletion".

30-Day Grace Period

Your account will be scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period. During this period, you can cancel the deletion by logging back in and tapping "Cancel Deletion".

What Gets Deleted

After the 30-day grace period, all of the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Your profile information
• Quiz history and scores
• Course progress and lesson completion
• Achievements
• Notifications

This action is irreversible once the grace period has ended.
